Job Summary
Senior role in a development program to become a SME in payables. You will learn payables solutions (traditional, commercial card, and emerging payments) and collaborate with Client Solutions Specialists to discover client needs, prepare pricing and financial illustrations, and develop pitch books. Responsibilities include training (instructor-led and self-driven), understanding the payables landscape, analyzing data to support objectives, assisting in client calls and proposals, managing pricing and Salesforce accounts, researching customers, and supporting the sales cycle with timely, accurate pricing and setup. Requires 2+ years in customer service/B2B payables, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and a Bachelor's degree; preferred knowledge includes payments industry experience, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, B2B payables, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong interest in working with a coordinated deal team to deliver best-in-class solutions to our clients
- Willingness to learn and understand payment solutions within B2B and B2C space
- Ability to develop and leverage internal networks and resources to complete projects
- Time management, organizational, and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
