Job Summary
Configure, create, test, and deploy custom forms within ICE Mortgage Technology's Encompass Document Solution service while collaborating with partner teams and clients to define project requirements from concept through release. Oversee the full form creation and update lifecycle, conduct detailed QA and production testing, and manage projects according to Doc Services workflow to ensure milestones and deliverables are met. Document all aspects in the CRM system, maintain accurate timecard records, and resolve complex problems to validate business requirements. May supervise junior-level employees and participate in cross-functional meetings as an analytical expert.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years mortgage industry or product development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using desktop loan origination applications
- Effective presentation skills with the ability to adapt to various situations and levels of experience
- Effective pipeline management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to listen
- Exhibits flexibility and the aptitude to organize and manage shifting priorities effectively
- Analytical with the proven ability to recognize solutions and address accordingly
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
