Job Summary
Senior Product Services & Management Analyst supports and enhances ERP/financial systems (Epic Healthy Planet focus) across budgeting, data warehousing, and financial reporting. Works with Finance, vendors, and multiple product/solution teams to ensure proper support, data integrity, and timely, accurate financial reporting. Leads projects and collaborates with IT and business Product Managers, and stakeholders to implement or enhance systems following the software delivery lifecycle; designs technical specifications, develops solutions, coordinates detailed test plans, trains end users, documents processes, and communicates risks and requirements. Keeps current with new functionality related to financial systems and healthcare finance; identifies opportunities to improve end-user processes and deliverables; operates with limited guidance on moderately complex to complex issues; ensures successful outcomes for assigned projects and solutions.
Required Qualifications
