Senior Product Registration Manager

Job Summary
Lead the development of regulatory strategies and tactical plans for assigned active ingredients and products in Canada to enable optimal business results. Prepare comprehensive dossiers including chemistry, toxicology, and risk assessments to achieve regulatory approvals, while maintaining existing registrations and managing label amendments. Independently interpret federal and provincial pesticide laws, represent FMC on CropLife Canada committees, and lead multi-functional project teams to drive short- and long-term initiatives forward. Manage all regulatory aspects of data compensation, coordinate with business development for favorable settlements, and forecast operational and financial budgets. Provide regulatory guidance for product development activities and coach new staff within the Product Registration Team.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree
- 7 plus years of experience in a scientific discipline relevant to the regulation of pesticides in Canada
- Experience advocating on key regulatory issues through representation on industry working groups and committees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple individuals on priority activities
- Strong attention to detail with deadline and customer service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence for positive outcomes
