Senior Product Program Manager

Job Summary
Own program scope by translating roadmap themes into sequenced deliverables, aligning on inclusions, phases, and cuts with customer-impact rationale. Refine and pressure-test product specs to ensure they are buildable and testable before engineering commits. Run release management end-to-end, including validation gates, OTA fleet rollouts, and go/no-go decisions. Lead strategic customer deployment programs from pilot through production handoff and synthesize field signal into prioritized requirements. Coordinate dual-market launches across North America and China, managing localization and regional tradeoffs. This Staff Product Program Manager role spans release execution across hardware, firmware, and AI/ML workstreams, ensuring North America and China launches remain synchronized. You will make tradeoff calls when scope, quality, and date collide, remaining accountable for the outcome.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of program management experience
- several years running programs combining hardware and software deliverables
- exposure to embedded systems
- exposure to IoT
- exposure to robotics
- exposure to industrial equipment
- exposure to similar domains
- A track record of being accountable for scope decisions
- Product judgment
- Full release-cycle ownership for a shipping physical product
- Strong written communication
- ability to write tradeoff memos
- ability to write postmortems
