Job Summary
Senior Product Policy Manager for Southeast Asia/South Asia at Roblox, collaborating with Legal, Public Policy, product, engineering, legal, marketing, and operations to adapt global safety and policy standards to regional contexts, guide enforcement systems and safety tools to comply with local laws, coordinate with regional regulators, and ensure aligned age ratings; requires strong policy development experience, ability to distill complex issues for executives, and fluent English (Indonesian preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in online Trust & Safety and/or Product Policy
- Background in content policy development for global platforms, with a focus on regional policy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex issues into core components and propose viable policy paths
- Strong product / technical understanding as a foundation for creative problem solving
- Experience working directly with senior company leaders and presenting to executives
- Fluent English and preferred Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) language skills
- Experience with Indonesia Game Rating System (IGRS) and/or International Age Rating Coalition (IARC) is Preferred
- Experience with international policy matters and regulators (Preferred)
- JD / Master’s degree or equivalent experience
