Senior Product, Payments Manager

Job Summary
Own the Europe funds-in product roadmap, identifying coverage gaps by corridor and prioritizing integrations based on volume, revenue opportunity, and customer demand. Evaluate and onboard new methods such as local real-time rails, debit/credit cards, wallets, bank transfers, and digital assets. Define and track key performance metrics including acceptance and authorization rates, then identify initiatives to improve conversion across the funnel. Partner with processors, acquirers, and wallet providers to manage integration delivery and ongoing performance. Build business cases for new integrations by performing market analysis and quantifying revenue, impact, and risk. Prepare regular performance reporting against OKRs for regional and global stakeholders. Mentor associate- and mid-level product managers on the Funds In team.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience
- at least 5 years working directly on payments
- Strong understanding of Funds In Economics
- Demonstrated track record of owning a product roadmap and shipping end-to-end
- Data-driven approach to product decisions
- Able to define funnel metrics and iterate results
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable preparing and presenting executive-level materials
- Familiarity with card scheme rules (Visa / Mastercard) and acquirer relationships in Europe markets
- Undergraduate or graduate degree, or equivalent experience
