Job Summary
Drive the development of complex software systems in clinical environments by translating market needs and strategic goals into a clear product vision and roadmap. Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure requirements are precisely defined, understood, and implemented by cross-functional Scrum teams comprising frontend, backend, UX/UI, and QA specialists. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and clinical workflows to inform product decisions, while representing the product internally and externally to relevant stakeholders. Occasionally accompany customer visits to integrate direct practice feedback into the product strategy, ensuring seamless interaction between OP and AEMP areas to support continuous clinical workflows.
Required Qualifications
