Job Summary
Senior Product Owner – Agentic Experience Product Lead responsible for maximizing value across one or more enterprise software delivery products. Lead portfolio strategy, prioritization, and design processes for the AI/SDLC program, shaping product delivery for developer experiences and enterprise platforms. Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, drive user adoption, and ensure delivery of features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines, and costs. Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize work for multiple teams, refine stories, and govern the portfolio with standardization and governance practices. Improve developer experience, reduce cognitive load, and scale enterprise design systems and UX standards across tools and platforms. Establish design goals, facilitate workshops (design thinking, design studios, journey mapping, co-creation) and translate customer insights into actionable product decisions with measurable adoption outcomes. Ability to influence executives, align cross-functional teams, and embed design within Agile/enterprise delivery models. Strong emphasis on AI-driven UX, transparency, explainability, and balancing standardization with flexibility to deliver cohesive enterprise experiences. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America), Hours per week: 40.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading UX, service design, or experience strategy for complex enterprise platforms with internal technical users (developers, engineers, testers, platform consumers)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong experience in defining platform strategy, portfolio roadmaps, governance, and investment tradeoffs within regulated environments
