Job Summary

Drive peer mentorship and coaching to elevate product best practices across distributed engineering pods in the UK, US, and India. Act as a trusted advisor to global customers, managing legacy pain points and collaboratively defining future enhancements. Actively manage and execute roadmaps for existing legacy products while supporting total lifecycle management, including phased sun-setting. Partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into execution, monitor adherence to product P&L, and track CAPEX and OPEX spend. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teams to dismantle organizational silos and foster cross-pollination of ideas.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong, proven experience as a Product Owner leading complex enterprise software from strategy through to delivery
  • Demonstrable financial acumen, with a track record of successfully managing or supporting a product P&L, including the strategic allocation and tracking of CAPEX and OPEX budgets
  • A forward-leaning mindset with some level of demonstrable experience working within data-heavy and AI-driven product environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successfully and carefully aligning cross-cultural teams and stakeholders across the UK, US, and India
  • Proficiency using product and engineering tooling (such as Aha! Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, Productboard, or Jira) to plan customer needs and manage quarterly delivery expectations
  • A seasoned leader & mentor: As one of the most experienced members of the team, you must have a proven track record of upskilling peers, setting high standards, and leading by example without needing to rely on hierarchical authority
  • A 'portfolio-first' thinker: You look beyond your own product line and have a proven ability to break down silos to unite disparate teams behind a shared, overarching strategy
  • A deeply collaborative, team-first mindset: You must possess high emotional intelligence, with a proven ability to listen carefully, build trust, and work seamlessly with diverse engineering and commercial teams
