Job Summary
Own and support Baxter's revenue management solutions, with primary accountability for Channel Operations use cases. Ensure platforms reliably support pricing execution, customer entitlements, contract compliance, rebate, and chargeback processing. Partner closely with Channel Operations teams to translate operational needs into system solutions and enable standardisation. Lead the intake, prioritisation, and delivery of enhancements while balancing new functionality with platform stability and data quality. Ensure revenue management platforms support SOX, audit, quality, and regulatory requirements by partnering with Quality, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams. Manage relationships with revenue management software vendors and act as an escalation point for complex system or process issues. Provide clear communication to senior Commercial Excellence, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience supporting revenue and margin management processes
- Strong hands-on experience with revenue management platforms (e.g. Model N or similar)
- Deep understanding of pricing, contracting, rebates, chargebacks and gross-to-net processes, particularly in indirect or channel-based business models
- Experience working in a public, regulated environment with SOX and audit requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex commercial and operational requirements into robust system solutions
- Experienced in Agile delivery
- Strong business acumen within the med tech industry
- Expertise in Agile delivery methods
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and controls
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Minimum of 3 days a week onsite
