Senior Product Owner

Job Summary
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs, defining vision, goals, and scope for development teams. Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Delivery Managers, and Scrum Masters to remove obstacles and drive continuous improvement in Agile ways of working. Gather and refine requirements with customers and stakeholders while ensuring teams understand product objectives and technical context. Communicate progress and roadmap updates to organizational leaders and participate in architectural discussions. Requires 5+ years of product ownership experience, fluent English, and strong stakeholder management skills. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role
- Proven experience working within high-performing, cross-functional Agile teams
- Strong understanding of building, operating, and maintaining large-scale software services
- Experience motivating and enabling engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technical audiences
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence decision-making across multiple organizational levels
- Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and software delivery principles
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
