Job Summary
Translate ID1 manufacturing needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria by partnering with planning, process engineering, and data science teams. Provide functional guidance on Smart Manufacturing systems to drive improvements in wafer movement, cycle time, and equipment productivity. Own the backlog, manage UAT readiness, and track post-release adoption while building reusable operating playbooks for scaling solutions. Stay close to shop-floor users to identify pain points and convert insights into practical, data-driven applications and AI-enabled recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, Data Analytics or related fields preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations, process engineering, industrial engineering, planning or fab systems
- Proven track record translating operational challenges into deployed solutions that deliver measurable business impact
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and continuous improvement
- High ownership, growth mindset and commitment to becoming a trusted partner for manufacturing operations
