Job Summary
Senior Product Owner for Global Learning Ecosystem responsible for establishing and owning a single global LMS, leading end-to-end delivery from design to go-live, ensuring platform stability and maximizing adoption/ROI. Own global LMS lifecycle, coordinate integrations with HR systems (Phenom, SF), manage vendor relationships, and drive data-driven improvements. Collaborate with UX, HR, IT, data privacy, and employee-representative bodies to ensure GDPR alignment, participate in post-launch support, and mentor peers. Requires 5+ years in HR IT/learning tech in global environments, strong Agile/Jira skills, data analytics capability, and a customer-oriented mindset. English required; CET-region availability with target countries Spain, Poland, Portugal, or India.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience related to HR IT projects with a focus on Learning data & technology in a global and matrixed environment
- Knowledge and experience of Learning Management & HR technologies (e.g. Talent Marketplace, SF)
- Expert in agile project management, ideally Jira
- Strong data-related product management experience, with measurable ROI and data analytics
- AI literacy and experience with agentic AI application or coding skills (Python) is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements alignment with business functions
- Experience in data privacy (GDPR) compliance and collaboration with local employee representative bodies
- Fluent in English mandatory; German and other languages a plus
