Job Summary
Senior Product Owner for Generative AI Insurance Solutions responsible for owning and delivering a backlog of AI enablement work, designing prompts for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Google Gemini, and driving adoption through change management. Bridges business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate use cases into clear requirements, develops prompt libraries and evaluation rubrics, conducts structured testing, and ships scalable AI-enabled improvements across underwriting and operations. Leads cross-functional coordination, defines success criteria, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration to accelerate operational efficiency and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum five years as a Product Owner or equivalent role in an Operations or Underwriting environment
- Experience with insurance or finance based products in an Operations or Underwriting environment
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
- Domain knowledge of insurance/finance solutions (preferred)
- Experience with AI/Generative AI tools and low-code/no-code platforms (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
