Job Summary
Senior Product Owner for TeamViewer Frontline responsible for owning and driving features/modules from ideation through delivery and iteration; foster agile practices, govern development processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to shape a global product roadmap; translate customer feedback into clear requirements, KPIs, and prioritized backlog items; drive data-driven decision-making using telemetry, surveys, and market/competitive analysis; enable efficient delivery by ensuring clarity on objectives and impact, and proactively remove blockers; partner with engineers to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions that balance feasibility and innovation; requires 4+ years of PO experience and a degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent) and proficiency in English; hybrid work arrangement with onsite onboarding at HQ and opportunities for 50% home office.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years as a Product Owner in a software environment or comparable role
- Experience in SaaS, AI, B2B, logistics, field service management, or authoring software is a plus
- Technical fluency and familiarity with Jira and Confluence; basic SaaS concepts; coding experience is a plus
- PSPO certification (or equivalent) is a plus
- Customer focus with ability to translate feedback into actionable insights and clear priorities
- Analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making and KPI definitions/ tracking
- Adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
- Excellent written and spoken English, with experience in international environments
- Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Desired Qualifications
