Job Summary
Prioritize and plan the product backlog, translating broad investment goals into validated solutions using BI data and user feedback. Define functional and non-functional requirements for editorial tools, news platforms, and marketing features, bridging gaps between SEO, marketing, and engineering teams. Manage delivery processes by preparing refinements and reviews, tracking metrics like commitment and cycle time, while escalating cross-team dependencies. Report status to the VP of Product and keep editorial stakeholders informed on implementation timelines. Lead content-driven digital products in the financial domain, ensuring adherence to tracking, consent, and performance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner in der agilen Produktentwicklung mit eigenverantwortlicher Lieferverantwortung
- Nachgewiesene Stärke in Priorisierung bei konkurrierenden Anforderungsquellen und Souveränität im Stakeholder-Management
- Erfahrung in der Discovery auf Lösungsebene, mit Nutzungsdaten, Nutzerfeedback und Hypothesenarbeit
- Fundierte Expertise in der Finanzdomäne (Kapitalmarkt, Börsen- und Finanzdaten)
- Sicherheit in der Definition funktionaler und nicht-funktionaler Anforderungen
- Erfahrung mit Web-Performance, Tracking und Consent
- Praxis mit Kanban und Scrum/Sprints
- Gutes technisches Verständnis für Gespräche mit Engineering Manager und Entwicklern auf Augenhöhe
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Flexibilität trifft Teamgefühl 4 Tage im Monat sind wir vor Ort in Berlin oder Karlsruhe
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit content-getriebenen digitalen Produkten (Publishing, CMS, redaktionelle Workflows)
- Datengetriebene Arbeitsweise von der Discovery bis zu den Delivery-Metriken
- Erfahrung mit AdTech-Integration (Display-/Native-Ads, Ad-Server)
- mindestens Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung
