Job Summary
Senior Staff Product Owner to lead definition, design, and delivery of products in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. Own and prioritize the product backlog, lead sprint planning, translate business needs into functional requirements, and guide API design, data models, and UI/UX decisions. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and architecture to turn strategic goals into actionable outcomes; serve as the go-to expert for product functionality and support R&D. Requires a strong technical background, experience translating architecture into execution, and excellent communication; 5+ years in product ownership or technical product management; BSc in CS/Engineering; Agile experience. Prefer managerial experience.
Required Qualifications
- BSc or higher in Computer Science / Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Technical Product Management (preferably SaaS B2B or security platforms)
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development and architecture (former developer – a plus)
- Experience working in Agile environments with strong backlog and roadmap management skills
- Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and translate architecture into execution
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive self-starter
