Job Summary
Lead a team of configuration specialists to align vended solutions with business needs while defining and gathering requirements for product development and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated product launches, validating hypotheses through continuous testing during discovery to mitigate risk and deliver measurable value. This role bridges complex medical requirements with cutting-edge technology to streamline clinical workflows and enhance patient care within a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will report to the Associate Director, Product Management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare
- 3+ years of Product Owner Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Primary Care
- 1+ years of experience with Athena
- Travel up to 25% within the United States
- Download speed of 25 Mbps
- Upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
