Job Summary
Senior Product Owner for Clearfacts, owning SME-facing functionality, our mobile app, and a brand-new accounting module. Define and maintain the product roadmap, engage directly with customers through interviews and workshops, translate accounting processes into intuitive UX, own and prioritize the product backlog, write clear functional specifications for developers, and work with a Scrum team to deliver releases. Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to drive adoption; define KPIs and monitor post-launch performance; coordinate go-live strategies and releases; contribute to long-term product vision and strategic planning. Requires 3+ years in a similar PO role in B2B SaaS, strong Agile/Scrum background, customer-facing skills, data-driven mindset, and fluency in English plus Dutch or French for client interaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner (or similar) in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to translate customer problems into structured solutions
- Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
- Data-driven decision making and KPI tracking
- Fluency in English; Dutch or French for client interactions
