Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst - Murcia

Job Summary
Build constructive partnerships with client stakeholders and team members to facilitate strategic alignment and lead backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives. Structure delivery into epics and user stories using Gherkin scripts, work with architects on solutions, and liaise with business and technology teams to elicit requirements. Support the testing process, maintain supporting documentation, and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies while ensuring clear reporting on velocity and value. Mentor team members, contribute to client steering committees, and embed a culture of continuous learning across the SQA Consulting organisation. This long-term remote role requires a fluent English speaker based in the Murcia region (max 2-hour drive) with over 10 years of experience in Agile frameworks and senior stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent level of English
- Bachelor or Master degree
- +10 years of experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst
- 10 years' experience in the fields of business analysis and/or product management
- In-depth experience in leading projects using Agile frameworks
- Background in software delivery and detailed knowledge of the SDLC
- Evidence of senior stakeholder management
- Excellent documentation skills
- Conceptual and analytical thinking
- Track record of delivering business benefits and value
- Experience in developing top performing teams
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Track record of delivering client-facing projects and programmes
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Candidates need to live and work in region of Murcia (max 2 hour drive)
Desired Qualifications
