Job Summary
Own Mercury's Product Launch Program by ensuring launches move through review with clear ownership and high quality. Lead the New Grad PM Rotational Program by coordinating rotations and evolving the experience for early-career Product Managers. Build and own PM Onboarding through thoughtful programming, documentation, and peer connections to help new hires ramp quickly. Drive Product Culture programming from internal rituals to external events, partnering across Product, Design, Communications, Recruiting, and People. Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to create clarity and keep programs moving with momentum. This role requires 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations or Program Management, with a product mindset and systems thinking. Based in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area, with a target base salary of $121,700–$152,100.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Consulting, or a similar cross-functional role
- ideally supporting product or engineering organizations in a high-growth technology company
- A track record of owning cross-functional programs from concept through execution
- balancing strategic thinking with exceptional operational follow-through
- Strong systems thinking
- An instinct to improve rather than maintain
- Excellent judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
