Job Summary
As a Senior Product Operations Specialist within the Commerce team, you will own the day-to-day operations of billing across multiple markets, resolving transactional issues and implementing scalable process improvements. Utilize your data-driven mindset and SQL skills to monitor KPIs, diagnose problems, and design better workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on billing procedures and leverage AI-assisted coding for internal improvements. Candidates should have 3–5 years in billing operations or fintech, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in billing operations, fintech, or a related finance/payments function
- Comfortable writing SQL queries and working with large datasets
- Understanding of online payments, billing systems, payment flows, and invoicing
- Fluent in English, able to explain technical billing issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fraud detection
- Hands-on experience with AI coding or automation tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Zapier, n8n)
