Job Summary
Senior, Product Operations Pre-Order GTM at Nike Beaverton campus with a 4/1 hybrid schedule. Lead cross-functional execution of Pre-Order strategy across Sport, Season, Geo, and Marketplace; manage end-to-end GTM readiness; translate strategy into actionable plans; collaborate with Global/Geo teams and Merchandising, GTM, and Digital Product to bring Pre-Order product to market; requires strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven decision making; based in Beaverton, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- At least 4 years of experience in merchandising, product, GTM, strategy, or marketplace within a consumer-first organization
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
- Understanding of product creation cycles, merchandising, and marketplace dynamics
- Ability to turn inputs and data into clear plans and actions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
