Job Summary
Identify and deliver ways to make Wise Platform product teams more effective by improving planning, prioritization, and follow-through. Enhance communication of roadmaps and priorities across product, partner-facing, and wider Wise organization teams while establishing feedback loops to ensure partner needs are understood and acted upon. Support clearer decision-making on scaling products and capabilities, and create useful rhythms and rituals that improve alignment without adding unnecessary process. Help teams use data to understand product development speed, quality, and impact, leading cross-functional initiatives that bring clarity and momentum. Work closely with Wise Platform leadership and autonomous teams to build healthy, effective structures for the global money movement infrastructure business.
Required Qualifications
- significant relevant experience, likely gained over around 8+ years driving operational practices in fast-growing technology companies, working closely with product and engineering teams
- understand the bigger picture, are analytical, and can quickly assess, break down and prioritise problems and opportunities
- comfortable working in ambiguous environments and creating just enough structure to help teams move faster
- strong communicator who can build relationships across product, engineering, commercial, operations and leadership teams
- can influence without authority and help teams make clear decisions with good rationale
- comfortable using data and qualitative insight to identify problems, measure progress and improve ways of working
- care about building healthy, effective teams and helping people connect their work to the Mission
- anticipate roadblocks, are resilient and are not easily disheartened
- Experience in Product Operations, Product Strategy, Business Operations, Product Management, Technical Program Management or a similar role
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, platform, partner-led, payments, fintech or financial infrastructure environments
- Experience working with commercial, operations, compliance or partner-facing teams
