Job Summary
Senior-level product operations leader responsible for driving operational excellence across the product organization. Partners with Product and Technology leadership to design, implement, and scale processes that empower teams to plan, execute, and measure product lifecycle success. Owns release operations, coordinates cross-functional dependencies and risks, and communicates plans and changes. Supports product analytics, tagging standards, and data quality to ensure reliable downstream reporting. Applies best practices in Jira workflow governance, process optimization, and KPI tracking to improve efficiency and scalability. Demonstrates leadership by influence across Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams, balancing strategic and hands-on work to deliver high-impact products.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, program management, operations or owning and driving organizational processes
- Experience using JIRA as the system of record for product & engineering roadmap work
- Experience administering Pendo or other similar product experience package
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Process-driven with a focus on the details and data
- Experience conceiving, developing, deploying, and owning new processes across product orgs and companies
- Experience assessing and deploying new tools used across a product organization (portfolio, roadmapping, or reporting & dashboarding)
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
