Job Summary
Senior Product Operations Manager in Singapore responsible for translating business requirements into structured implementation inputs, coordinating cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, and Singapore stakeholders, and supporting the rollout of products and features within the Singapore market. You will track and consolidate product-related issues and user feedback, perform root cause analysis, drive timely resolution with Product and Engineering, assist with testing, rollout readiness, and post-launch monitoring, and develop market insights on the Singapore landscape to inform strategy and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in crypto, fintech, financial services, or regulated technology environments is preferred
