Job Summary
Own the operating system behind the integrations and partner ecosystem, triaging and prioritizing API/MCP feature requests from customers and partners while managing technology and ISV relationships across the full lifecycle. Plan and run early-access programs for new integrations, coordinating cross-functional launches by tracking dependencies, validating readiness, and surfacing risks. Translate feedback into prioritized workstreams and implement lightweight systems, automation, and documentation—including partner-facing API/MCP guides—to scale the program as the ecosystem grows. This role requires 3-5+ years in integrations or partner ecosystem operations with direct experience building third-party connections, APIs, and MCP servers.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Partner or Ecosystem Operations, or a related role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company
- ideally on a team responsible for integrations, APIs, or a partner platform
- Direct experience working on an integrations team
- Working knowledge of APIs and MCP
- Experience from an app store, marketplace, or partner ecosystem business
- Experience managing external technology or ISV partner relationships
- Hands-on experience running early-access or beta programs and coordinating launches in a fast-moving product environment
- Strong written communication
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Partner/BD and GTM without direct authority
- A bias toward lightweight systems over heavy processes
