Job Summary

Own a meaningful program area and define its strategy and prioritized roadmap to improve planning quality and delivery consistency. Serve as the primary Product Operations partner to product leaders, enhancing planning, prioritization, execution, and portfolio clarity. Lead complex, cross-functional projects that translate broad goals into iterative phases with measurable outcomes while strengthening governance, standards, and workflows. Synthesize stakeholder perspectives and operational data to generate actionable insights, then design scalable process changes across discovery, planning, and launch readiness. Build coalitions across Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, and GTM to drive alignment and adoption of new operating standards. Right-size change management plans to ensure durable adoption of new processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a related function supporting software product development organizations
  • Demonstrated experience owning a program area or operating capability and leading complex cross-functional initiatives end to end
  • Strong experience defining processes, governance, and workflows that improve execution across teams
  • Ability to generate insights from multiple inputs, including stakeholder feedback, delivery signals, operational metrics, and qualitative research
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders around tradeoffs, direction, and next steps
  • Experience working within Jira, Confluence, and related planning/reporting tools in a scaled environment
  • Strong judgment, organizational leadership, and the ability to operate effectively with incomplete information
  • Candidates must be located in San Francisco Bay Area
  • this role requires in-office 1-2 times a week
  • This role may require occasional travel for company events, team collaboration, or offsites

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting portfolio planning, roadmap operations, launch governance, or product development operating model work
  • Experience driving cross-team adoption of new processes, operating standards, or tools
  • Familiarity with customer research, telemetry, survey methods, or workflow analytics
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment with a matrixed or remote-first operating model
