Senior Product Operations Manager, AI & Systems

Job Summary
Build and refine operational systems, tools, and AI-enabled workflows to make Product & Engineering teams more effective. Prototype and test AI and automation solutions, validating their effectiveness before broader rollout to streamline operations. Audit R&D processes to surface friction and map system dependencies, then implement scalable improvements and establish clear operational standards. Own consistent communication of roadmap updates, process changes, and operational standards across the product organization. Identify tooling gaps, run vendor conversations, and partner cross-functionally to select the right solutions. Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams so priorities are shared and execution is seamless. Lead rollout of process improvements, document them well, and measure their impact to validate success.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Product Operations, Engineering Operations, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on skill applying AI tools to prototype or automate workflows
- A track record of building or improving operational systems for technical teams
- Experience evaluating and implementing tooling ecosystems effectively
- Working knowledge of technical concepts and tools
- Our home and headquarters in Denver, but some of our roles allow for remote work, allowing us to reach the best talent across the US
- Roles based outside of our Denver office can sit in any of the following 32 states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI and Washington D.C.
