Senior Product Operations Associate

Senior Product Operations Associate responsible for owning end-to-end release processes, coordinating UAT and deployments across web and mobile apps, running beta programs with PMs/CS, enabling new features for customers, and delivering outcome-focused reporting. Collaborates with EPD and GTM teams on feature readiness, release notes, and communication of new releases. Leverages AI/automation initiatives and tools (e.g., Jira/Linear, GitHub, Notion) to improve release velocity, documentation, and repeatability. Strong emphasis on cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering leadership, Customer Success, GTM, and QA teams; requires ownership of release motion, feature flags, runbooks, and incident response, with a focus on CAD-timed delivery and stability while aligning with fintech/B2B SaaS context.
