Job Summary
Execute regional go-to-market strategies and product launches across EMEA, adapting global positioning to align with local buying behaviors and industry dynamics. Localise marketing campaigns and sales enablement assets, including competitive insights and use cases, to drive pipeline velocity in key and emerging markets. Translate global value frameworks into tailored narratives for diverse audiences while gathering regional feedback to refine product roadmaps and messaging. Conduct market research on customer trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitor analysis to inform strategy and differentiate offerings. Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure feedback directly shapes product development and global campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience in Product Marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or cloud security solutions
- Demonstrated track record of owning product messaging frameworks, tier-based launch plans, buyer persona creation, and competitive battlecards from end to end
- Strong written and verbal storytelling skills, with experience of clear, concise product messaging for complex technical products
- Written and verbal communication required in German and English
- Experience launching solutions to the EMEA region
- Solid understanding of enterprise buying behaviors, regulatory landscapes, and business cultures across key EMEA sub-regions
- Ability to utilise data-driven market research and performance analytics to adapt global messaging, sales enablement, and campaign assets into relevant content tailored to regional EMEA market needs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Based in Munich
