Senior Product Marketing Manager

Senior Product Marketing Manager to translate product innovation into revenue by activating ZoomInfo Talent Solutions within a large go-to-market organization. Serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure messaging, proof points, competitive intelligence, and confidence to win in the market. Focus on internal sales activation, sales enablement materials (battlecards, one-pagers, sales presentations, competitive positioning, discovery guides, solution briefs), positioning and messaging, product launches, competitive intelligence, and customer proofs to strengthen sales conversations. Success is measured by increased seller engagement, higher utilization of enablement assets, more opportunities, stronger cross-sell, and improved launch adoption. Responsibilities include developing programs to raise awareness across the organization, partnering with sales leadership and customer success teams, and ensuring consistency of messaging across conversations, launches, campaigns, and product experiences. Desired capabilities include storytelling, content development, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication, with bonus familiarity in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Technology, HR Technology, or AI-enabled recruiting workflows.
