Job Summary
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Upmarket responsible for customer discovery and go-to-market strategy for larger service businesses across beauty, wellness, health, and fitness. Lead GTM to drive growth in this segment by partnering with Marketing, Creative, Product, Sales, Growth, and Strategy Ops; own funnel development blending PLG with direct sales; define ICP metrics (pipeline, conversion, ACV, retention); lead market research and competitive analysis to surface upmarket pain points and buying behaviors; equip marketing with channel assets and arm sales with collateral, case studies, and competitive positioning; shape product roadmap decisions based on customer insights and market demands; report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and operate in-person in NYC, with in-office presence 3–4 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B software, fintech, or related industry
- Proven end-to-end experience taking a company into a larger customer segment
- Deep understanding of sales enablement and competitive positioning that actually moves win rates
- Exceptional ability to drive alignment across marketing, sales, product, and creative
- Data-driven instincts with ability to interpret funnel metrics
- Experience building with AI and applying AI to accelerate product marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging
