Job Summary

Senior Product Marketing Manager responsible for owning RADAR's internal product marketing function, including defining product positioning and messaging across segments, building and managing the sales enablement library, overseeing competitive intelligence, leading product launch processes, and translating product capabilities into retailer-facing materials and business case narratives. Collaborates with PMs and the commercial and customer experience teams to ensure messaging is current, consistent, and actionable across enterprise retail deals; develops assets to support deal execution, renewal conversations, and program expansion; drives ROI-focused storytelling and outcomes-based narratives for retail buyers; requires strong cross-functional collaboration, autonomy in asset development, and the ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear, credible marketing materials. About the base pay range and benefits are provided, along with equity, medical and dental coverage, 401k, flexible time off, and parental leave.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience
  • at least 3 years in a B2B enterprise context
  • ability to develop clear, credible product positioning for technically complex platforms
  • experience building and maintaining a sales enablement library
  • strong competitive intelligence skills
  • excellent written communication
  • comfort translating technical capabilities into business-relevant messaging
