Job Summary

Own Probook's messaging architecture from company narrative to product, persona, and vertical levels, translating technical differentiation into clear, buyer-facing value for enterprise customers. Drive pricing and packaging while defining ICPs, personas, and jobs-to-be-done actionable for Sales and Marketing. Build and maintain a focused, high-impact content set including core pitch, vertical narratives, competitive positioning, and objection handling to improve win rates and deal velocity. Own go-to-market strategy for key segments like independent owners and PE-backed roll-ups, ensuring vertical strategies are activated consistently across campaigns and sales motions. Lead product launch GTM execution from positioning through market activation, partnering with Engineering on commercial readiness and packaging. Track competitive strategy and win/loss dynamics to translate insights into actionable guidance for Sales. Based in NYC with monthly onsite travel, this role offers direct influence on how Probook wins competitively in the home services AI space.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B or vertical SaaS
  • Experience partnering directly with founders or executive leadership on positioning and narrative
  • NYC-based
  • Willing to travel for customer and prospect onsite visits at least once a month
  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Experience with enterprise sales motions and how positioning shifts as deal size grows
