Job Summary
Senior Product Marketing Manager responsible for ownership of core product marketing activities: positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement to drive how utilities understand wildfire/vegetation risk and the cost of inaction. Lead category narrative, develop value propositions, shape GTM strategy for new and existing products, and create sales enablement materials (battlecards, pitch narratives, ROI models). Collaborate with product, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams; drive pilots, product launches, and entry into new segments; conduct win/loss and competitive intelligence; mentor early career team members in product and field marketing. Must have 7+ years in product marketing, experience with AI in daily workflows, and demonstrated ability to support long-cycle B2B sales and complex negotiations. The role emphasizes remote work with a global team and expects a builder mindset to define and scale the product marketing function across regions, with a focus on serving utility leaders and climate-tech initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in product marketing
- experience in B2B enterprise software
- ability to write for highly technical audiences and create narratives for product demos and exec briefings
- experience building and delivering sales training and enablement sessions
- comfort with complex deals and non-standard packaging
- strong strategic instincts for category narrative and GTM
- experience supporting a major product or new market launch
- builder's mindset and ability to define a function
