Senior Product Marketing Manager – GTM Strategy & Execution

Job Summary
Serve as the product GTM expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and distribution teams for your assigned product line. Develop succinct sales training materials, including demos, pitch decks, and FAQs, to enable non-technical sales reps. Align with global distribution leaders to execute sales programs and fuel pipeline growth. Define repeatable demos, competitive programs, and high-quality content that align with marketing campaigns. Own key sales updates, announcements, and strategic field communications. Create and produce compelling content for Salesforce events, including World Tours, Dreamforce, and webinars. This role supports pipeline generation and deal closure within the Agentforce initiative, leveraging deep expertise in Salesforce products and SaaS platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market roles
- Deep expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B enterprise technology platforms
- Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling sales plays, enablement materials, succinct slide decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to guide decision-making, with a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
- Outstanding organizational skills to define, balance, and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Strong track record of establishing strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and aligning global stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution, navigate ambiguity, and confidently lead new initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes
