Job Summary
Senior Product Marketing Manager to define go-to-market strategies and partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive differentiated messaging for fraud and payments; lead product launches with cross-functional teams; support live deals with field insights to influence the product roadmap; own win/loss analysis to improve win rates; become the market expert on competitors and customers to translate trends into actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: 4+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or analytics
- Storytelling Chops: deep empathy for customers and ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
- AI Prowess: knowledge of how to leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale impact
- Communication Skills: proven ability to build relationships across global stakeholders
- Growth Mindset: self-starter capable of building programs from scratch
- Curiosity: genuine interest in customers and technology and desire to learn product details and customer challenges
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or analytics
