Job Summary
Senior Product Marketing Manager for Search responsible for end-to-end GTM for the search/product discovery suite. Own positioning, messaging, and launch planning; develop field-ready assets (talk tracks, one-pagers, discovery guides, and integration briefs); drive win-loss insights; connect Search to the broader Bloomreach platform and Loomi AI narrative; collaborate with Product, Sales Enablement, Enablement, Academy, and Partner Enablement teams to keep materials current and deployed; mentor cross-functional teams and manage timelines for platform launches. Requires strong writing, ability to translate technical concepts into compelling commercial narratives, and experience navigating cross-functional stakeholder dynamics. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, CS, or related field. Salary range: $110,000–$140,000 base annualized. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a closely related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field
- Experience in SaaS or ecommerce technology
- Strong writing skills and ability to translate technical capability into business narrative
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with multiple priorities
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
