Job Summary
Senior Product Marketing Enablement Specialist at Axon, responsible for bridging product marketing and sales enablement with field marketing to ensure consistent, differentiated narratives across campaigns, events, and sales tools. Own product messaging and campaign positioning for enterprise audiences in key verticals, translate complex capabilities into customer-focused value propositions, develop sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards), support webinars, demos, and thought leadership content, and drive go-to-market execution in collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams. This role also focuses on field events, ABM programs, and account-based experiences, with a hybrid in-person schedule at Boston, Scottsdale, or Seattle and remote Mondays, contributing to pipeline growth and enterprise engagement. Responsibilities include building messaging, assets, and storytelling for field activation, ensuring consistency across campaigns, and leveraging AI/tools to enhance personalization and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience across product marketing, sales enablement and field marketing
- Experience supporting enterprise sales
- Proven ability to develop compelling product messaging and translate technical solutions into real-world value
- Strong experience creating sales enablement materials (decks, battlecards, one-pagers, demo content)
- Ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies in enterprise contexts
- Experience with events, campaigns, and field initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue
- Comfort with data/insights to measure performance and optimize programs
- Familiarity with AI and emerging tools to enhance execution and personalization
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, and customer success
- High standards for execution, creativity, and detail
