Job Summary
Orchestrate go-to-market execution for Snowflake's EMEA region by running operating cadences with sales, growth, and partner teams to align on shared AI/ML priorities. Adapt global messaging into region-specific narratives tailored for local buyer priorities, regulatory considerations, and language needs while building plays to drive net-new user acquisition and expansion. Partner directly with sales leaders to pressure-test messaging against live deals, capturing feedback to inform product roadmap and competitive positioning. Create compelling customer stories, reference narratives, and field-ready assets that quantify ROI and adoption metrics to enable sellers and partners. Define and track KPIs for pipeline contribution, consumption growth, and adoption depth, reallocating investment based on usage signals and campaign impact. Report on marketing activity's line of sight to pipeline and consumption to regional and global leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product marketing experience (or equivalent)
- Subject-matter expertise in data analytics, AI/ML/LLMs, data science, or application development
- Hands-on familiarity with AI assistant, copilot, or agentic-workflow products
- Demonstrated ability to define and own regional GTM strategy
- Ability to translate complex AI/ML capabilities into compelling narratives for executive, technical, and operational buyers
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to align Sales, Product, and Marketing around shared priorities and drive execution without direct authority
- Sharp analytical mindset
- Ability to interpret market signals, customer data, usage metrics, and field feedback to make informed GTM decisions and report on impact
- Strong technical fluency and evangelism
- Ability to understand, demo, and articulate the business value of AI/ML applications in a variety of content
- Ability to drive product adoption and support product-led growth motions
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across the EMEA region
