Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Cloud Secure Edge focusing on ZTNA, SASE, SSE, and VPN technologies. Responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success; driving requirements, specifications, and integration strategies; cross-functional go-to-market activities; and tracking product success metrics such as ARR, adoption, activation, retention, and NPS. Requires 5+ years PM experience in network security, cloud security, or IAM; deep knowledge of ZTNA/SASE/SSE; cloud-native/SaaS delivery with multi-tenant platforms; strong technical fluency with APIs and microservices; experience with MSP/partner ecosystems; excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP), familiarity with identity providers, agile tools, analytics platforms, AI tooling, and a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering with MBA a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on network security, cloud security, or identity/access management products.
- Deep working knowledge of ZTNA, SASE, SSE, SWG, CASB, and/or VPN technologies.
- Proven track record of shipping cloud-native or SaaS products at scale, with experience managing multi-tenant platforms.
- Strong technical fluency: ability to engage with engineering teams on API design, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working with channel and MSP partner ecosystems in the cybersecurity space.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
