Job Summary
Senior Product Manager role focusing on building a cutting-edge MarTech product in a hybrid NYC-office environment. Own product area, drive day-to-day execution, collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams, and engage with customers to translate insights into actionable improvements. Define clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics for features; use data and KPIs to inform prioritization; contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning; align initiatives with business goals through stakeholder collaboration; identify and mitigate risks in delivery; support go-to-market activities with marketing and sales; drive post-launch evaluations and iterate based on performance; provide mentorship to junior product managers or associates.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager
- degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong technical background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in SaaS or MarTech
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experience conceptualising, shipping, or enhancing AI-powered product features
- Comfort using AI tools for analysis, research, documentation, or ideation
- Experience in MarTech or B2B SaaS products
- Experience mentoring junior product managers or associates
