Job Summary
Shape projects and drive execution from discovery through delivery for new products targeting contractors, internal operations, and B2B partners. Own the entire value chain by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives while synthesizing patterns from direct user conversations and field visits. Break complex opportunities into smaller projects, identify key tradeoffs, and ensure value delivery through daily feedback loops between the team and users. Collaborate intensively in person with stakeholders and peers to converge on solutions, commit to set directions, and navigate uncertainty without overprocessing. This role focuses on launching whole new products to enable the contractor network and define the path forward in the home services industry.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional product management experience
- Ideally in a fast moving software environment
- Live within 50 miles of Denver, CO or are willing to relocate
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with large scale consumer or B2B products
- Experience shipping mobile and web software
- Strong product sense for workflow, systems, and operational tools
- Relevant industry experience: residential construction, electrification, HVAC, CAD, Solar, or Energy
- Experience at an early-stage startup
