Job Summary

Senior Product Manager at Zendesk responsible for AI-augmented product experiences. Drive strategy, vision, and roadmaps for the notifications platform used by human agents and admins; define and launch scalable AI-enabled features to improve customer service performance and KPIs. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, sales, data science, and program management to deliver 0-1 functionality and enhance existing product experiences. Own KPIs related to product delivery and business impact, and articulate roadmaps informed by customer needs, personas, market trends, and business objectives. Requires deep SaaS product development expertise, strong technical acumen, and proven leadership in cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • experience launching AI products in the B2B SaaS space
  • Strong technical acumen with interface to customers, engineering, and design teams
  • Exceptional leadership skills with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking for evolving a customer service platform with AI/automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focusing on metrics and user behavior
