Job Summary
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for fintech products aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, trends, and the competitive landscape, then use insights to inform product development and positioning. Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Define and prioritize product features for B2B clients, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. Track key performance indicators to measure product success and advocate for an intuitive, user-friendly experience through continuous user testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Strong understanding of financial services, payment systems, banking, or related domains
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing fintech products
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello)
