Senior Product Manager - Workforce Management

Job Summary
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Workforce Management Paid Time off and Time and Labor Management products. Translate business goals into tactical plans, manage the full product lifecycle, and assess market requirements through stakeholder and customer discussions. Prioritize high-value use cases based on data insights, operational pain points, and technical feasibility. Identify and evaluate AI-driven opportunities within WFM domains, developing features in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams including UX, data, and go-to-market. Prepare detailed product requirements and statements of work while partnering with domain experts to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric experiences. Monitor product performance and business outcomes to optimize adoption and inform roadmap decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in software product design & development experience
- 5+ years of direct product management experience
- Experience delivering Workforce management products
- Experience owning products from strategy through launch in a cross-functional environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience building AI solutions is a plus
- Experience with AI-powered products, conversational experiences, or intelligent systems is preferred
- Familiarity with HR domains such as Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, or Compliance is a plus
- Passion for building trustworthy, useful, and impactful AI experiences
