Job Summary
Senior Product Manager, Workflow & Output Management for Cox Automotive's Inspections & Imaging product team. Owns the backlog and product vision for client-facing integrations/reporting and internal workflow tooling, translating stakeholder needs into well-specified features, epics, and user stories. Partners with engineering, operations, and client-facing teams to define requirements, drive delivery from discovery through implementation, monitor integration health and reporting accuracy, and contribute to process improvements. Requires experience prioritizing backlogs in Agile/SAFe, writing clear specifications and acceptance criteria, and collaborating across cross-functional teams; familiarity with data integrations, APIs, and AI tools for productivity. This role supports a hybrid remote work arrangement with a primary location in Atlanta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field
- Experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog within an Agile or SAFe delivery framework, including writing epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or equivalent) to improve personal productivity or drive AI-enabled transformation within a product or engineering team
- Experience partnering with engineering leads, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and drive features from discovery through delivery
- Experience with system and technology integrations, including client-facing data outputs such as API integrations, file deliveries, or automated reporting
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Rally, Jira, or equivalent for backlog management, sprint planning, and documentation standards
- Experience gathering and synthesizing requirements from multiple stakeholder groups to identify problems and validate product solutions
