Job Summary
Senior Product Manager leading a category-defining, multi-year initiative for a Europe-focused B2B SaaS platform in real estate operations. You will operate end-to-end in a product trio with a Tech Lead and Designer, owning discovery, requirements, roadmap, and delivery while partnering with Sales, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive revenue and customer value. Responsibilities include continuous discovery, opportunity validation, defining well-scoped requirements, aligning with Sales/Marketing on go-to-market timing, delivering shipped product, resolving dependencies, defining product metrics, and building dashboards. You’ll leverage AI-powered tooling to deepen insights, collaborate on GTM strategy, and communicate trade-offs across stakeholders. Must-have skills include 5+ years in product management (3+ in B2B SaaS), AI in product development, data fluency, and multilingual communication (English, Polish, German).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrable experience applying AI within product development
- Proven track record of leading product discovery and translating insights into validated roadmaps
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to partner with Sales
- Data fluency and ability to define metrics and run queries
- Excellent stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent English, Polish, and German
